By downloading or using Torq, you agree to these terms.
Torq (Torq Garage Tool) is a personal vehicle maintenance tracking tool. It helps you log service, fuel, and related information. It is not a substitute for professional mechanical advice, manufacturer guidance, or safety inspections.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Torq on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store terms and these Terms.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter (mileage, VIN, costs, etc.). Data you enter is stored on your device. We don’t host your garage on our servers.
Optional Pro features are available as a one-time In-App Purchase processed by Apple. Purchases, refunds, and billing disputes are handled under Apple’s terms.
Torq is provided “as is.” Maintenance intervals and health scores are helpful estimates based on common schedules and your logged history — they are not guarantees that a vehicle is safe or service is due. Always follow your vehicle manufacturer’s recommendations and consult a qualified mechanic when needed.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including decisions made based on logs, scores, or reminders.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
