Terms of Use

Last updated: July 2026

By using Burp you agree to these terms. They're short and reasonable. We promise.

What Burp Is

Burp is a baby tracking tool. It helps you log feeds, diapers, sleep, tummy time, and milestones. It shows you patterns and stats. It is software on your phone.

Not Medical Advice

Burp is not a medical device. It doesn't diagnose anything. It doesn't replace your pediatrician. If something seems off with your baby, call your doctor — not an app. We provide data logging, not healthcare.

Your Data

You own your data. It lives on your device. We can't access it, recover it, or back it up for you. If you lose your phone without a backup, your data is gone. We genuinely cannot help you get it back because we never had it.

In-App Purchases

Burp offers one optional purchase (white noise sounds). All purchases are processed by Apple and are final. If you need a refund, that's between you and Apple — we don't handle payments directly.

Acceptable Use

Don't reverse engineer the app. Don't resell it. Don't use it for anything illegal. Just use it to track your baby's stuff. That's what it's for.

Availability

We do our best to keep the app working and updated, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime or that it'll work perfectly on every device forever. Software is complicated.

Limitation of Liability

Burp is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We're not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app. Use good judgment. Back up your phone. Call your pediatrician for medical concerns.

Termination

You can stop using Burp at any time by deleting the app. No cancellation required. No exit interview. No guilt trip. Just delete it.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.
